Calvin Nights

That will be the title of my comic. As promised, I've added comments to the (so far 3) concept sketches I uploaded into my Scraps. Please feel free to comment on them and offer suggestions.

So, some basics about the plot of "Calvin Nights": the characters of the story are squirrels (based on a fun theory held by some people here that the squirrels are trying to take over campus). Whether the plotting domination will become a plot point still remains to be seen. At this time, I'm planning to make each strip a stand-alone short (with maybe a rare story stretching over 2 or 3 strips). The plots will mainly be based on fun situations, conversations, stories, and experiences between my friends and me.

The characters (besides Beetlejuice) are mainly based on my friends to the extent that I tried to make the characters resemble myself and my friends. Personality-wise, they are much more loosely based. Hope to find some time to work out the rest of the design basics soon and start whipping up some digital models within the next few weeks. Please bare with me ^_^
